What changes the final price?
Slab condition, removal of existing coatings, repairs, moisture, access, square footage, and the selected system affect the final price. Photos help identify questions, but an estimate request does not replace a slab assessment. For example, 400 square feet at $6.00–$7.50 is $2,400–$3,000 before site-specific adjustments.

No. Ask for the basecoat, decorative finish, topcoat, preparation, and repair scope in writing. Compare complete systems rather than assuming every epoxy flooring estimate includes the same work.
